Despite repeated calls to Tim Conner of Business Development and filling out lots of on line requests - Fidelity went into hiding.  That is not surprising.

I was able to locate forms which speak to contract termination and what Fidelity "may" do to execute the termination.  I have highlighted the sections I think Fidelity would use to justify contacting the RIA clients.
